  Admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts since 1990, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.Practice areas include consumer business law, wills, estates, and trusts, real estate transactions, credit defense, foreclosure defense, commercial transactions and litigation.

  Following a Judicial Clerkship with The Honorable Carlon M. O’Malley III, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Atty. Quinnan began private legal practice in 1991. Atty. Quinnan prepared and filed his first consumer Bankruptcy petition in 1993. Atty. Quinnan has lectured on the changes in Bankruptcy rules before the Bar Association.

He has appeared in Courts both Federal and State on behalf of his clients in 15 Pennsylvania counties, including appearances in Federal Courts in Philadelphia, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh.

Attorney. Quinnan received a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University in 1987. He received a Law Degree from Ohio Northern University in 1990 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania State and Federal Court Bar the same year.
